How the check works
Every candidate is screened before delivery: one person in frame, framing, no stray text, resolution of 1536 px or more, and a skin-tone comparison with your originals that goes to a reviewer. A candidate that fails a hard check is replaced, within set limits. If the delivered set still does not look like you, you get one redo within 14 days of delivery, then a refund route.

What you get, and what we will not do
- Our recipes lock your face, hair, glasses, and skin tone to your originals; we never ask for slimming, de-ageing, lighter skin, or changed features.
- Only you, an adult, uploading your own recent photos.
- Source photos are deleted 30 days after your order, delivered photos after 90; you can delete earlier.
Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept, and what about HEIC?
JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 20 MB per file. HEIC photos (the default on iPhone) need to be converted first; most phones offer a JPEG export from the share sheet.
What makes a photo qualify?
6 to 12 recent photos of one adult: face visible, sharp, unfiltered, a few different angles and expressions, and your current appearance. No sunglasses, caps or hats that shade the face, or heavy filters; head coverings are fine. No other people in frame.
How long does it take?
We show measured times once we have them.
What if a photo doesn't look like me, or something goes wrong?
One redo within 14 days of delivery for likeness or material artifacts. If the result is still unusable, we route you to a refund.
What happens to my photos and my privacy?
Your photos are processed by an external provider to generate your portraits; we do not train any model on your photos. Source photos are deleted 30 days after your order, delivered photos after 90, and you can delete earlier.
