What happens to your photos: who sees them, why, and how long anything is kept.

External providers
Your uploaded photos are sent to external image-generation providers to create your portraits. We are verifying each provider's retention and training terms before launch. We do not use your photos to train any model.
Retention, by default
- An unpaid draft (photos uploaded but not checked out) is deleted after 24 hours.
- Source photos and anything derived from them (identity sheets, crops, references) are deleted 30 days after your order.
- Delivered photos are deleted 90 days after delivery.
- You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Redo policy
- One redo within 14 days of delivery, for likeness or material artifacts.
- If the redo still doesn't work, you're routed to a refund.
